🎉 Finley Family Reunion Weekend Schedule 🎉

Dates: Friday, July 24 - Sunday, July 26, 2026

Location: All events are located in Winchester, VA

💛 There is no cost to attend the Family Reunion or any of the events. However, donations to the Finley Family Reunion Fund will be accepted throughout the weekend to help offset reunion expenses and support future family gatherings. Every contribution, no matter the size, is sincerely appreciated. 💵 Cash is appreciated but digital donation options ( Ca$hApp ($swansea1959), Venmo (@charmissa), Zelle (540-303-3042), Apple Pay (540-303-3042) and PayPal (mrsbiscoe@gmail.com) will also be available.

All funds will be deposited into the Finley Family Reunion Account to cover reunion costs.**

* This year, one of our family members is sponsoring our Meet & Greet! Whether you'd like to make a craft, play games, or simply relax and catch up with family, there will be something for everyone.

🚗 Parking is available in both the front and rear parking lots, but the entrance will be closer to the back parking lot..

🕖 Feel free to stop by anytime between 7pm & 9pm to socialize and hang out. Please note that participation in games and crafts may depend on what time you arrive.

🍕 Food: The Finley Family Reunion Fund will be providing food and drinks.

👋 When you arrive, please stop by the Welcome Table to sign in and pick up your name tag.

🍽️ Lunch: We plan to serve lunch no later than 1:30 PM.

The Reunion Committee will provide:

• 🥫 Condiments

• 🍽️ Paper products

• 🍴 Plasticware

In addition, everyone was asked to sign up to bring an item to share. Please remember to bring the item you signed up for, as your responses helped us create a well-balanced menu.

⏰ If you're bringing food or drinks, please have your items at the Family Life Center by 12:45pm, so we can have everything ready before lunch.

🙋 Volunteer Information

We're extending this year's Family, Food & Fun event by an extra hour again so we can enjoy even more time together!

• 🛠️ 10:30 AM: Volunteer setup begins.

• 🧹 We'll be cleaning throughout the day, with a final cleanup beginning around 5:30 PM.

• 🍽️ Volunteers are also needed to help with food setup and serving during lunch.

If you're volunteering—or are willing to lend a hand—please report to the Welcome Table when you arrive, and we'll direct you where you're needed.

📍 Mt. Carmel Baptist Church

🕘 Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes early to greet family members before the service begins. A member of the Finley family will be there to welcome you.

✨ During the worship service, the Finley Family will be recognized by the church.

💙 A Little Family History regarding Mt. Carmel Baptist Church 💙 

Mt. Carmel Baptist Church is considered our family church, with roots dating back to 1893, when Rev. George Carter, father of Sadie Carter Finley, became the church's eighth pastor.

Several members of our family have faithfully served in leadership throughout the years, and many continue to do so today.

The original Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, where our family's history with the church began, is still standing at:

Downtown Winchester, Virginia

🚗 If you have time while you're in town, consider driving by to see the church's original home before the congregation relocated in 2016.
